We already have Bajaj EMI. Why add FlexTenure? ▼
Bajaj requires their specific card. FlexTenure works on any credit card your customer already carries. You are not replacing Bajaj. You are capturing every customer who does not have a Bajaj card or does not qualify for their approval.
What if the customer never pays their EMI? ▼
Pool 1 always equals or exceeds the customer's outstanding balance. If a customer pays nothing for their entire tenure, their outstanding is Rs.10,000 and you hold Rs.10,000. You cannot lose money. You are always fully covered.
What exactly is the Rs.200 per month charge? ▼
The card processing charge is 2% on the Rs.10,000 Pool 2 debit that happens each month. That is Rs.200 per month in absolute terms. On the Rs.20,000 total you hold, it is 1% effective per month. This is the card infrastructure cost, not a FlexTenure platform fee. The platform subscription is billed separately.
Who manages the billing and reconciliation? ▼
FlexTenure's platform manages everything automatically. It tracks each consumer's billing date, triggers debits on the correct date, manages EMI collection, merchant settlement, and sends you a monthly reconciliation report. Your staff do not calculate or manage any of this manually.
What does the 90-day free pilot involve? ▼
One store. 90 days. Zero cost to you during the pilot. The FlexTenure team sets up the platform, trains your billing staff, and supports the first transactions. If it does not work for your business, you walk away with no obligations.
